The Kilt . . .
. . . is killing me AND fashion.
But he did put the whole look together, he deserves that credit.
I think the soccer shirt is a little too casual for the shoes and knee socks, your thoughts?

I'm a little confused on this too. It's very sporty-scottish-school girl.
