It's a very tough call. Even enlarging the photo doesn't quite answer, but mainly becasue the foreground subject also enlarges and just overwhelms the entire image.
Serve tea? Certainly. Serve a full buffet? Absolutely.
How did he get those on? And...how will he get them off?
